works for me on vista! what I did:
run the installer as a administrator to do this click with your right mouse button on the installer and select run as administrator. after this you have to be really patient. at my laptop it took about 15 minutes. then you get a security warning from windows. click next. after installing coppy the cracks. and click right mouse button on the swat 4 shortcut at your desktop select compatibility mode on windows 98. then run the game. again be patient. you will get a swat 4 screen for 10 minutes after that you will get a black sceen. then te game will start!
